Reindeer Lodge returns this 2025 season with a new fully immersive, character-led Christmas adventure: “The Guardians of Elven.”
Every Christmas, Reindeer Lodge has spread whimsical cheer with their dazzling lights, charming elf villages, and heartwarming festive atmosphere in its picturesque corner of Wales. This year, the magic reaches new heights as guests are invited to become the heroes of their own Christmas adventure.
Step into a brand new immersive world of quirky characters, stunning displays, spellbinding storytelling and real reindeer, Where families will embark on Elfhood Training to become true Guardians of Elven.
The New Experience
- Step through the Magical Portal straight to Santa’s Magical World.
- See the reindeer herds.
- Board the Christmas Train experience.
- Find Fizzwick in the Christmas Tree Maze to begin Elfhood training.
- Discover the power of Belief and enter the Fairy Forest.
- Learn how reindeer fly from the legendary aviator, Elf Sleighbourne.
- Sit and enjoy the Magic of Christmas Theatre Show.
- Help make Toys in the Elves’ Toy Workshop.
- Explore the world of Elven, and send your letters to Father Christmas.
- Enjoy crafts, mulled wine, hot chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and delicious seasonal food and drinks.
- Become a certified Guardian of Elven and meet Father Christmas himself, with a gift for every child!

ABOUT REINDEER LODGE
Reindeer Lodge is a beautiful immersive Christmas attraction located in the countryside of Mold, Wales. The experience lasts around 2.5 hours and will take visitors through stunning lighting, real reindeer, hidden elf villages and enchanted lakeside and woodlands. Great for families, couples and adventure-seekers, Reindeer Lodge invites guests to a truly magical immersive experience, culminating in a visit to Santa’s Grotto!
You can join in the immersive Guardians of Elven from 21st November until 24th December 2025.
- Please book your TICKET SIZE per arriving vehicle so a free parking space can be allocated (one car space per ticket).
- If travelling in multiple cars, book a separate ticket for each vehicle.
- Visits last up to 2.5 hours and end with a visit to Santa’s Grotto.
- Children aged 2 and under attend for free and still receive a gift from Santa.
