As winter draws to a close, The Ivy Spinningfields launches its spring menu, bursting with seasonal flavours available in the Ivy Brasserie and Roof Garden.
The new additions showcase seasonal ingredients, including Warm Asparagus Spears with baby watercress and a dressing of truffle hollandaise, Chargrilled Halloumi with giant couscous, Smoked Aubergine, red pepper purée, pomegranate, toasted almonds and labneh. Also, an appetising Quinoa and Watermelon Salad featuring a tasty roast sweet potato, rocket, baby gem, radish feuilles de brick crisp, mixed seeds and sesame, with a mint and coriander sauce.
Mains options include Pan-Fried Sea Bass with marinated courgette, mixed peppers, rustic tomato purée and sauce vierge; a flavourful Chicken Milanese of brioche-crumbed chicken breast with shaved asparagus, radish, mixed herbs, green pesto and herb mayonnaise and a delicious Grilled Chicken Salad featuring fresh red quinoa, watermelon, baby gem, radish, basil, mixed seeds and sesame, with a mint and coriander sauce.
For those after something sweet at the end, try the new Vanilla Cheesecake with mango, passion fruit and served with a tropical sorbet.
All dishes are available in The Ivy Brasserie and Ivy Roof Garden from March.

The Tuplia dessert, a white chocolate mousse topped with sweet raspberries, crispy pieces of meringue, petals and drizzled with a warm chocolate sauce, will be available to order in The Brasserie and Roof Garden exclusively on Mother’s Day for £9.50.
