Starting with Champagne and Canapes, guests can choose from a starter of either Crab ravioli, blood orange, endive and basil or Terrine, foie gras, butter poached chicken and quince.
Main course options are either the Honey roast Goosnargh duck, sausage roll of the leg, red cabbage and parsnip or Dover Sole, bubble and squeak, black truffle and chestnut.
To finish, indulgent yet refined puddings include either Christmas pudding souffle, burnt orange ice cream, brandy sauce and custard or Clementine trifle, white chocolate, vanilla and clementine. To take full advantage of the menu, guests can have all 6 courses for £130, or just stick to the 3 courses for £100. All guests will be spoilt with a final treat ofMince Pie ice cream.
A Contemporary Christmas at The Restaurant at Sanderson
The Restaurant at Sanderson is serving a bespoke menu this Christmas Day, offering delicious and contemporary dishes to celebrate in style. Starting with a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, starters then include Duck liver terrine, quince, sauternes and toasted brioche and Cornish crab, charred cucumber and cocktail sauce. To ensure guests are completely satisfied with Christmas treats, puddings feature Christmas pudding, brandy sauce, clove ice cream and pain d’epice and Chocolate tart, Guinness gel and malt ice cream. The menu is finished with mince pies and costs £110 per adult and £55 per child. For an extra optional treat, guests can choose a matching wine flight for each course for an additional £50 per person.
