Maisons Pariente is thrilled to be re-opening hotel Lou Pinet in Saint-Tropez and hotel Crillon Le Brave in Provence following full refurbishments with enhanced dining experiences. Lou Pinet is welcoming guests from the 25th June 2020, inviting them to experience the vintage Saint-Tropez spirit of the 60’s and 70’s. Crillon le Brave is set to re-open on the 2nd July 2020 offering guests the chance to switch off and release any stresses that have been building up through this uncertain time.
Vintage Saint-Tropez spirit – Not only will the tasty gourmet offerings at both hotels pay tribute to the local regions they are situated in, but they will also offer a refined dining experience with tantalizing tastes and Mediterranean and Provencal inspirations. As a family-run business, Patrick Pariente and his two daughters have added a personal touch to their luxurious properties, enabling each hotel to resemble private houses where guests are able to relax in a stylish yet comfortable environment, as they would at home.
Lou Pinet: Opening from 25th June 2020
Vintage Saint-Tropez spirit – Exclusively positioned away from the hustle and bustle of Saint-Tropez, guests are encouraged to wind down at Hotel Lou Pinet. Days will be spent lounging around the emerald swimming pool – the largest in Saint-Tropez! For lunch enjoy the shade under the stone pines in the beaming afternoon. As visitors stroll along the gardens surrounding the Beefbar Restaurant they can also admire the curated selection of outdoor art such as Ugo Rondinone’s fluorescent stone blocks pile, Armelle Benoit’s monumental ceramic fresco or the two bronze columns signed by the British sculptor Toni Cragg. By night the garden will come alive with beautiful gleaming fairy lights creating an intimate setting for friends and families to create lasting memories and enjoy exceptional gourmet experiences at the hotel’s signature restaurant the Beefbar while listening to the live orchestra bringing summer nights to life and celebrating the light-hearted and care-free holiday mood.
Laid-back French charm and chic demeanor can be discovered through Lou Pinet’s restaurant, Beefbar; a global restaurant created by Riccardo Giraudi and featured in some of the most glamorous locations around the world. Guests will indulge in the finest cuts of meat and mouthwatering salads whilst being offered the renowned house purees to accompany a meal. Light and refreshing dishes with Mediterranean influences bring some added flavour and variety to the menu. Sharing plates are recommended as a relaxing dining option and an opportunity to try an array of delicacies with friends. These include Black Angus Prime, Wagyu and Kobe beef alongside grilled fish, ceviche, carpaccio, a selection of salads and vegetarian-friendly options to choose from. The impressive dessert selection ensures there is something for everyone with Montecato ice cream with toppings, the Tarte Tropezienne or the famous chocolate cake.
Vintage Saint-Tropez spirit – The menu is being enriched for 2020 with a signature dish created exclusively for Lou Pinet, the Bao Bun; a steamed Korean bun with Chamomile smoked Black Angus. Discover this exquisite new dish when the new live orchestra brings the summer nights to life. Guests are invited to dance the night away under the pine trees, celebrating a light-hearted and care-free holiday. On Thursdays, the hotel will come alive with Italian themed evenings offering divine food and a spirit reflecting the glamorous atmosphere of the Riviera.
Crillon Le Brave- Opening from 2nd July 2020
Hotel Crillon le Brave encourages guests to switch off and enjoy the art of taking things slow in the heart of a Provencal village-hotel. Guests will explore the village and its alleys, lounge by the pool and indulge in exquisite flavored food. Crillon le Brave is proud to present a new selection of menus and delicious dishes to choose from with the help of the up and coming talented young Head Chef Anissa Boulesteix. Anissa joined Crillon Le Brave in 2019 and brings with her a fantastic new flare to Crillon Le Brave’s restaurants.
Crillon Le Brave’s gastronomic restaurant La Madeleine boasts a Provencal flavour and tantalizing menu to match; inspired by the wealth of Provence’s local terroir, Anissa Boulesteix carefully selects ingredients sourced from the region’s very best farmers. The identity and values of La Madeleine are deeply engrained in Anissa’s cuisine where she uses the symbol of the madeleine throughout her culinary creations. Offering five and seven course, guests can expect lamb, figs, Provençal pistou and Bergeron apricots from the Rhône Valley and of course tomatoes, zucchinis and eggplants – the stars of the Provence markets! The atmosphere of the restaurant is chic and cosy while on the terrace guests can enjoy and admire the breathtaking view over the vineyards and olive groves.

La Table du Ventoux
La Table du Ventoux provides abistro-style cuisine using local ingredients and fresh produce. The menu is refreshed every day depending on what is available from the farmers market. Each dish is enriched by herbs which have been hand-picked from the herb-garden above the swimming pool. Guests will enjoy the stunning views of Mont Ventoux and vineyards over breakfast, lunch and dinner and can indulge in a sharing board of tempting French cheeses with a crisp glass of rosé. Every Sunday, guest can expect a delicious brunch with mouthwatering delicacies locally sourced from mature cheeses to seafood and salad.

Perfectly placed in Provence, Hotel Crillon Le Brave offers an exquisite selection of wine as it is just a stone’s throw away from some of the most sought-after vineyards in France. A wine enthusiast can only image the phenomenal wine to be found chilling in the wine cellar, and rest assured, special vintages from neighbouring vineyard Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a firm favorite among guests. The sommelier can organize wine tastings on site in the hotels very own cave, offering a unique opportunity to discover selected wines and hear from a wine enthusiast.
