Summer may be coming to an end but the fiesta is only just getting started at Las Iguanas.

The Autumn/Winter menu offers an exciting taste of Latin America, boasting 12 delicious new dishes. Classic, all-time favourites such as fajitas, enchiladas, and award winning burgers are also on the menu.
There’s also an incredible 14 refreshing new cocktails on the new drinks menu.
Carefully curated by a team of highly skilled and passionate chefs, the menu brings to life unique flavours from across Latin America using quality ingredients that are lovingly cooked from scratch.
Peruvian Smoked Salmon Tiradito
Smoked salmon dressed in delicious tiger’s milk, a dressing made with lime, ginger and Amarillo chilli which will tantalise the taste buds.
Spiced masa fried chicken with a spicy Amarillo aioli.
Brazilian Carne de Sol
Slow-cooked salt cured beef top rib served with cassava mash (a buttery manioc root mash), cassava crisps, winter greens and a rich beef and caramelised onion jus.
Vegetarian Society approved
There are plenty of unique exciting Vegetarian and Vegan dishes to choose from. New to the menu are Vegan Nachos with non-dairy cheese, sure to cause plenty of excitement.
You could try a delicious smoked chipotle Pulled Jackfruit Burrito, colourfully presented in a beetroot tortilla.
Guests can continue their journey through Latin America with dessert. Brazilian Brigadeiro combines malted nuts, chocolate ganache and vanilla ice cream, inspired by the team’s travels to Brazil.
The Vegans among us could try the almost virtuous Vegan Chocolate Coconut Tart, served with a scoop of delicious dairy-free coconut ice cream.

Made with Beefeater Gin, Huana, passion fruit, elderflower and apple, Pineapple Martini made using Ciroc Pineapple Vodka, pineapple and lime.
