Leeds based vegan eatery Knaves Kitchen Leeds and Californian brewery Stone Brewing have announced they will be hosting a supper club at Knaves Kitchen in April following their first sold out event in August 2018.
Taking place on 4:20 (April 20th, to the uninitiated), Stone & Knaves will be celebrating Northern Californian culture with a forward thinking and ambitious five course menu and drinks pairing from the brewery.
With dishes and drinks taking inspiration from stoner classics like The Big Lebowski, Dazed & Confused, Harold & Kumar, Cheech & Chong etc, the menu will pay homage to stoner culture with food & drink, including optional dishes prepared with CBD (Cannabidiol – a legal substance used to treat anxiety, seizures and a variety of ailments).
Opening in Spring 2018, Knaves Kitchen, located in legendary Call Lane dive bar Oporto, has quickly become one of Leeds’ most loved plant-based restaurants. With a focus on flavourful, comforting and down to earth food, Knaves mission is to provide delicious vegan food to diners of all persuasions. This new event sees them collaborating for a second time with Stone Brewing, the acclaimed brewery who started in California in 1996 and now based in 4 sites globally including Richmond, Virginia & Mariendorf, Berlin bringing delicious beers into the hands of more people globally.
