Issho’s Executive Head Chef, Joe Grant, has curated an exclusive five course vegan tasting menu, designed to excite the tastebuds, featuring:

Tofu, Red Pepper Tartare, Blood Orange Ponzu

Miso Aubergine & Inari Maki

Koji Onigiri & Gochujang Curd

Kabocha Pumpkin Donburi

Polenta Cake, Sweetcorn Custard, Popcorn Ice Cream

Guests will enjoy their meal paired in the stunning Issho restaurant for just £30.00 per person. There’s also the option to add perfectly paired Vegan Wines and Sake for an additional £30.00 per person.

With 20 years experience, Yorkshire born Joe brings his obsession for pan-Asian cuisine combined with a skill for creating clever modern dishes to Leeds.

Joe describes his role at Issho by saying his,  “…passion is in creating a full dining concept”  influenced by his need to constantly push boundaries he “…wants deliver modern, innovative dishes, including vegan, gluten and dairy free as well as demonstrating expertise with seafood and fish”.
