Assembly Underground hit the ground running when they burst onto Leeds’ vibrant food scene last year, and their debut at the 2019 Leeds Indie Food Festival is nothing short of impressive.
Each of the independent kitchens have created a mash-up dish inspired by their peers. So burger fiends Slap & Pickle have done Pizza Authority mash-up to create their mouth-watering pizza fries, while Brazil gets jiggy in India with Bread & Butter BBQ’s Chicken Thigh Strips and Punjabi-spiced Churros dishes.
To make things even better, Vocation & Co. has paired each dish to a drink to showcase their diverse range of beers, wines and cocktails. And, if that’s not enough to whet your whistle, then take a look at the full menu in all its Insta-worthy #foodporn glory:
